Iced & Decorated Celebration Sponges, Simple Fruit Cake & Traditional Dense Fruit Cakes

As well as a wide choice of fresh sponges we also offer a simple fruit cake (with or without sherry),which are all made either
the same day or only one day prior to your event.
*Our dense & brandied Fruit Cakes are made approximately 3 months prior to your celebration
to allow for brandying and maturing.

Iced all over with Fondant Icing/Sugar Paste, Frosting or Chocolate Ganache
or
Covered with a traditional layer of natural Marzipan & Fondant Icing/Sugar Paste or Frosting or Chocolate Ganache

For traditional celebration cakes made from dense fruit, please allow up to three months for ordering to allow for maturing and brandying,
however we also offer a fabulous alternative if you are short of time or on the last minute, please see above.
*All cake orders require a minimum 50% deposit at the time of ordering.   Payment in full is required on all last minute orders and those under 14days, unless a corporate account is in place.  All traditional fruit cakes for celebrations & weddings require a 50% deposit and must be paid for in full by the due date before the order is begun - approximately 3 months prior to the event date.

Re-decorating Christening cake service:
The top tier of a wedding cake saved for the birth of the first child and used as the Christening Cake whether it has been stored/frozen will require re-icing & decoration added.  Just let us know the size of the cake/or bring it in and we will remove the old layers, re-brandy, add a new layer of marzipan, icing and decoration to match your specifications for your little ones Christening/Baptism/Naming Ceremony   £POR
